To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to recommend Mr. Anthony Santiago, as a candidate for a position or opportunity within your company. I
have known Anthony for 3 years and have watched his career growth within our organization. His dedication to work,
organization, and tireless attention to detail in the pursuit of perfection are attributes that have lead Anthony to numerous
successes and 4 promotions within 3 years at Holiday Retirement. He has held several key positions and understands the
entire Senior Retirement model. I have been consistently impressed by both Anthony’s attitude towards his work and his
performance on the job with his past real estate and construction experiences and skill set, he has been a value added asset.
Anthony has excellent leadership traits and communication skills, not to mention a burning desire to be productive and
prove his mettle in the firm. Anthony has been phenomenal in motivating the employees in the times of poor sales and a
harsh economy. During his tenure of three years, Anthony has been instrumental in increasing the sales and operations in
any challenged community and has come up with initiatives that have mostly worked in the favor of the company. His
ideas for growing the sales in these communities and developing best practices and strategic operational models has been a
crowd puller, helping the firm scale new heights. He also has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable
solutions. His ability to remain unflustered during frenzied periods proves his ability to work well under pressure.
Anthony, has an unorthodox style to raise census challenged assets. A perfect example would be a community under my
portfolio of over 60 communities where they hadn’t had a closing in two months and the occupancy was at a staggering
72%. We decided to place Anthony on the Ground in Jackson MS in a troubleshooter and turnaround role. In less than 7
weeks he spent within the community he discovered the barriers and silos. He implemented and executed a strategic plan
with the entire team that paid numerous dividends and within that time frame left the community at 94%. Further, as a
businessman, he is highly intelligent, self-confident, innovative and creative, and follows projects with an undaunted
passion.
