Dear Colleague,

If you’re reading this you are in a position to engage one of America’s leaders! I suggest you consider all
that you are looking for in Anthony Santiago and then do not hesitate to ask the tough questions. There
is no doubt in my mind that you will uncover the wealth of a man as he is known not by dollars or
Hollywood standards but rather as you would wish to find upon your own son. The traits of a great leader
and visionary combined with the soul of a wise and compassionate man.

I have known Mr. Santiago for the better part of two decades; I have worked closely with him on many
projects and have seen him perform as a task master and as a crusader. He has a firm grip on the macro
vision and yet can tend to the micro. I have seen him remain calm under pressure and be gracious yet
firm when necessary.

I furthered my relationship with Mr. Santiago during my Second Appointment as the Chairman of The
Long Island Builders Institute. During this time Anthony’s acumen for investing and seeing through
difficult and challenging projects led me to admire and respect his abilities. He has continued to display
entrepreneurial executive skills, the type few posses. He can command a board room and sway an
executive committee, or put a start up on the map. Mr. Santiago can move from concept to reality with an
approach that is sophisticated and detailed. He willingly writes by-laws and infrastructure collateral and
then implements to a timeline. His ability to create all of this with consensus and leadership serves those
who work with him.

In my position as COO of Internet Marketing and Management Group, I work with many Not-for-for profit
and government organizations. Their culture can be slow, cumbersome and it can be difficult to create
direction and consensus in such an environment. I appreciate working with people who, in this type of
difficult culture, can move quickly and with dexterity to accomplish a mission. Mr. Santiago is one of
those rare individuals who separate himself from those who will be bound by an organizations laborious
culture and he creates value through speed, forethought, detail driven work and an uncanny ability to
motivate all of those around him to a purpose.

Any decision to utilize his talents would come with my highest recommendation and would put you in a
position fulfillment and accomplishment. I wish you the best on your decision and hope my words will
