Mr. Willoughby,

Walking through everyone of the contracted rent ready's today based on the thorough final punch-list
we developed last week, I was pleasantly surprised on the amount of work and more importantly with
the eye to detail that I requested and was completed. As of the today the 22nd, you are 95% completed
and will be at 100% by COB Friday.

Thank you for working so closely and collectively with Mr. Toten our Maintenance Tech. who we are
aware is clearly an asset to Chateau Ridgeland for all his hard work over and beyond the call of his
responsibilities in which he never waivered.

We look forward to continuing this professional relationship as the need and project's arise.
