Subject: RE: Move Out's
Region 6 New England Team,
To reach that physical MI # of 95% by the close of Q4 and stay Net Positive within the region,
saving these MO's are paramount. In order to become proactive and not reactionary as we have
an On-Boarding Champion, please delegate a point person I can work with for those at risk
residents the moment we receive the MO request. Otherwise this just becomes
a transactional tracking mechanic as opposed to brainstorming around saving that MO.
I have created a simple spreadsheet for us all to utilize. The process will be real simple
and assist us in tracking:
1. Delegate 1 point of contact from your Ops Mgr or Co-Mgr Team
2. Upon receiving a MO notice I will forward the email to that contact person
3. Add the missing pieces of information to the tab with your respective community and to
your body of the email if there are unusual circumstances beyond the room in
the "Reason of the MO" column
4. Please forward back the spreadsheet to me within the next business day
Please have the individual you have championed send me a quick email NO Later than Thursday
morning of who will be the liaison. I will start forwarding the MO notifications starting Thursday
after dinner service directly to that party. I trust this is real SIMPLE, but any questions, please
feel free to contact me.
Thank You.
