Randy,
I have applied some brief analysis tools as it relates to the Co's this week:
1) SWOT
2) Computer Skills
3) Time Management
4) and a Retention analysis
I have accessed their areas of opportunities and yes they may truly outweigh their strengths. We surely
want to complement the existing teams talents to avoid some redundancies and thank God you have
that depth in the bench.
I have been promoting a team concept where we win and lose together. It would be great to create that
perfect match for the 4 CMT's in the aggregate and the Co-Mgr candidate profile will have to reflect that
based on their individual skill set and talents. I would move with the change in the Co-leadership board
if we have that ability and propose a detailed call to get them aligned and discuss their skill sets early
on.
The team collectively CMT/CSL will have to be accountable and the beauty is being measured on simple
metric productions; MI's and retention of residents and staff.
