TEAM,

I have asked Anthony Santiago to help me and the region by spearheading reducing move outs starting
this week. His role will be to do the move out survey that the Managing Director has asked each region
to complete, once a move out notice has been given. Please help Anthony by giving him the information
that he may request from you, such as resident or influencer phone numbers, move in dates, move out
dates and reasons for the move out. We have had a couple of very high move out months, which is not
typical for this region and need to reduce these numbers, by even 10% will make a huge difference to
our Regional P&L’s.
