18.1 Connect
One error that distracts others and reveals your expertise in the use of English is a spelling error.
The English language is a difficult language to spell since many of the rules to spelling have
exceptions, so you not only have to learn the basic rules, but the exception to the rules. Then
English also has words that sound the same but are spelled and used differently, so you have to
memorize those words. Spelling requires a lot of "brain power" but in the final product, is required.
So, let's put our brain to work...
