Number of Assigned Investigations
In 2018, there were zero Internal Investigation ordered compared to zero Internal
Investigation ordered for the same period last year which is equal to the same time last
year. In 2018, there were three Administrative Reviews ordered compared to one
Administrative Review ordered for the same period last year which is a 200 % increase to
the same time last year.

Chart 1 shows the number of internal investigations ordered by Chief Wolf since January
2018. Zero internal investigations have been ordered year to date which is equal to the
same time frame last year. N/A of internal investigations ordered have been completely
investigated within 45 days of being ordered.

Chart 2 shows the number of administrative reviews ordered by Chief Wolf since January
2018. Three administrative reviews have been ordered year to date which is a 200 %
increase to the same time frame last year. 66.6 % of administrative reviews ordered have
been completely investigated within 45 days of being ordered.
