Classifications & Dispositions
Year to date, complaints comprised of Administrative Reviews and Internal Investigations
totaled Three with a total of Sixty-Seven allegations within these investigations. Ten
allegations or 14.92% were considered as Category 1 complaints from January 2018 to
December 2018. Fifty-Seven allegations or 85.08% were considered as Category 2
complaints from January 2018 to December 2018.
The percentage of total allegations SUSTAINED year to date is a total of Thirty-Eight
allegations or 56.71%. The percentage of total allegations NOT-SUSTAINED year to date
is a total of Six allegations or 8.96%. The percentage of total allegations UNFOUNDED /
EXONERATED year to date is a total of Twenty-Three allegations or 34.33%.

0% of recorded complaints (0) that were assigned to the Administrative Division from
January 2018 to December 2018 were Racial Profiling complaints. There were zero
allegations of Racial Profiling complaints compared to zero Racial Profiling complaints
assigned to the Administrative Division for the same period last year which is equal to the
same time last year. Zero allegations and 0% of the reference complaints were found to
be racial profiling.
