PERFUMES AND COLOGNES
• Light perfume or cologne of a pleasant fragrance is permitted.
Gum, Food, Drinks
• Chewing gum, mints or any food whilst on duty is not permitted.
• Team members working outside will need to refer to their departmental policy when consuming drinks
in guest areas, this should preferably be done out of guest sight.
PERSONAL HYGIENE
• Team members are expected to shower on a daily basis using soap and shampoo if necessary.
• Spray or roll-on deodorant should be used to assist in preventing body odor.
• Team members should brush their teeth to achieve a fresh breath before starting their shift and, if
necessary, after eating.
• Be organized in dropping your dirty uniform with the laundry so that you can rotate your uniforms and
always have one that is clean and fresh.
