As being a Waldorf Astoria Representative, you are face of the Waldorf Astoria. As we are representing a luxury property, we want to make our guests feel a like this. In order to ensure we communicate on a correct way with our guests, we have to adjust our language. We need to change our language from proper spoken and written towards Luxury Language. Please refer to the below for examples of luxury language.
