Big Block Mopar Aluminum Head
Trick Flow PowerPort 240 Aluminum Head for Big Block Mopar are made from A356-T61 aluminum
featuring relocating the oil holes for the stock rocker shafts, optimizing the shape of the runners
to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. Fully profiled com-
bustion chambers and CNC ported runners are flow balanced runner-to-runner for maximum
power potential. Additional advantages are increased clearance for 3/8" pushrods, ductile
iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides and multi-angle valve seats. Assembled heads
include premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs,
chrome moly retainers with 7 degree locks. Sold individually.

and CNC blended seats for optimal air flow, 170cc combustion chambers, 245cc
intake runners, 105cc exhaust ports, 2.32" intake and 1.94" exhaust valves, manga- EDE61169
nese-bronze valve guides, 5/8" thick deck, 1.54" valve spring pockets and stock exhaust flange pattern. Finish machining
required. Sold individually.

The Performer Jeep 4.0 head is designed as a bolt-on performance upgrade
for 1987-2006 Jeeps with a 4.0L inline six and earlier 1976-90 AMC 4.2L
inline six. The Performer Jeep head features redesigned intake and exhuast ports along with a modern combustion chamber
and backcut and swirl polished valves on complete assemblies. Retains stock push rod length, valve angle and valve cover
rail height. Reinforced 3/4" deck and rocker bosses promotes stiffness and durability. Heli-Coil threaded inserts in manifold
bolt holes. Sold Individually.
