Ingredients:
1. 1 kg of beef ribs, cut into pieces 1 kg
2. Water to boil 1 L
3. Carrots, cut into pieces Check Promo 200 g
4. Jujubes / angco 4 pcs
5. Chives, sliced 2 gr
Seasoning, Puree:
1. Korean pear flesh, cut into pieces 100 gr
2. Onion, finely chopped 500 gr
3. Soy sauce 45 gr
4. Brown sugar 15 gr
5. Honey 15 gr
6. Mirine 15 gr
7. Minced garlic 15 gr
8. Sesame oil 5 gr
9. Whole black pepper 3 gr
How to make:
1. Boil ribs with plenty of water for 10 minutes, discard the cooking water. Put the
ribs back into the pot.
2. Add ground spices and 1 L of water, stir well, cook until the ribs are tender.
3. Add the carrots, jujubes and spring onions, cook until all the ingredients are cooked
and the gravy is reduced and thickens. Lift, serve.
TIPS
Discard the first meat boiling water, to get rid of dirt and
unpleasant aroma in the meat.
