Ingredients:
1. Green beans 200 gr
2. Rice 30 gr
3. Green bean soaking water 50 ml
4. Chives 3 gr
5. Red chili and cayenne pepper 5 gr
6. Oil 30 ml
Filling:
1. Meat 150 gr
a. Soy sauce 7 gr
b. Chopped garlic 5 gr
c. Chives 5 gr
d. Sesame oil 5 ml
e. Pepper 1 gr
2. Bean sprouts 100 gr
a. Salt 2 gr
b. Sesame oil 5 gr
c. Chopped garlic 5 gr
3. Cooked kimchi 130 gr
a. Sugar 7 gr
b. Sesame seed 5 gr
c. Sesame oil 5 ml
Sauce ingredients:
1. Soy sauce 30 gr
2. Vinegar 30 ml
3. Sugar 30 gr
How to make:
1. Soak green beans for 8 hours, and soak rice for 3 hours. The green bean soaking
water is used when grinding green beans in a blender.
