It may have been years since you purchased your last home, a lot has changed.
Buying a new home is a big decision and a complex financial transaction.
Before you go look for a home on your own, it is strongly advised to sign a
Buyer Representation Agreement with a Realtor, like me! Signing a buyer-
client agreement will entitle you to a higher level of service from your Realtor,
ensuring that your best interests are kept in mind while searching for your
new home - even if it’s new construction. The sales office represents the
builder, I will work for you.
