Yoga ( + intentional slow, deep breathing)
Spend time outdoors
Move your body (strength training, walking, Zumba, dancing, etc.)

Turn off electronic devices 30 min - 1 hr befor e goi ng to sleep

Ensure sleep space is dark and quiet (limit excess lights or sou nds)
The benefits of managing stress and getting restful + restorative

respiratory, digestive & cardiovascular functions.
