Stress Less                                As stress often shows up as the

                                                       physical representation of the
                                                         tension within our emotions,
                                                      proactive habits benefit mental
                                                         and physical wellness, alike.

             Habit Ideas:


                 Yoga ( + intentional slow, deep breathing)
                 Spend time outdoors
                 Move your body (strength training, walking, Zumba, dancing, etc.)
                 Use doTERRA oils aromatically & apply over the heart with carrier oi l



           Restorative Sleep                                 physical wellness in that it not
                                                               Sleep is vital to mental and

                                                               only allows the body to rest,
                                                                    but also provides the
                                                              opportunity to restore bodily
                                                             systems that hold tension and

             Habit Ideas:                                                 feel depleted.


                  Journal writing or read a book befor e bed
                  Turn off electronic devices 30 min - 1 hr befor e goi ng to sleep
                  Diffuse (use oils aromatically) & massage to bot tom s of the feet

                  before bed
                  Ensure sleep space is dark and quiet (limit excess lights or sou nds)



               The benefits of managing stress and getting restful + restorative
                  sleep go hand-in-hand, in turn promoting less body tension,
              better focus, more energy, all while encouraging healthy immune,
                          respiratory, digestive & cardiovascular functions.
