The Lymphatic System









                      The lymphatic system not only plays a key role in
                supporting the immune system, but also helps maintain
                healthy fluid balance, promotes healthy circulation, and

                  helps facilitate the absorption of fats and fat-soluble
                                   nutrients in the digestive system.






















                         Practices that stimulate and help maintain

                                     healthy lymphatic functions:





                  Drinking enough water
                  Dry brushing skin (can incorporate any of the above oils)

                  Exercise
                  Sauna

                  Massage (AromaTouch® & Cypress with carrier oil)

                  Alternating shower temps (hot & cold) every two mins for
                   a total of 6 mins (start small & work your way up)

                  Using a facial roller or Gua Sha facial tools
                  Apply any of the above oils down the spine or to the bottoms

                  of the feet with carrier oil

                  Take 1-2 drops of any one of the following oils internally (in
                   a vegetable capsule): Slim & Sassy®, Lemon, Zendocrine®,

                  DDR Prime®, Wild Orange, Juniper Berry, Geranium, Lime
