• LSW is a checklist of leadership activities to be performed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• When well defined, LSW drives process definition and daily accountability
• LSW is for everyone. Operators may have 95% of their time as LSW; support
managers 50%; value stream managers 25%; executives 10%
• The practice is a pillar of building a sustainable continuous improvement
culture
