9. Get the prices and what all is included in written. Make
sure to document the included postoperative period and
services included in the price. Otherwise you may be in for
a shock. This will help in comparing various places on a
level playing field.
10. Look for any disclaimers or exclusion clauses

1. Nearly all practices will accept cash and credit cards.
2. Most will even offer third party financing. These may
include zero down and no interest financing for various
periods of time.
3. Pre tax Flex accounts and Health savings accounts (HSA)
can be used to pay for the procedure.
4. Expenses for Prelex may be tax deductible. One should
consult with their CPA to discuss their particular situation.
