these apps, and they all offer similar benefits.

While these tools all make remote office communications

easier, they can also make your workflow more cumbersome if you

don’t use them wisely. Some additional tips to simplify the process
for you:

▪ Set up your apps before you actually need them. Waiting
until you are in a remote situation before considering remote

applications can cost you valuable time (not to mention annoy

your boss).

▪ Digitize as much of your paperwork as possible. Many

offices nowadays are already going “paperless,” so this task
should be relatively simple.
