           Barr & Barr believes that every project should have a positive eff ect on the local   that every project

           Subcontractor Pre-qualifi cation
           As part of the preconstruction process a list of pre-qualifi ed subcontractors will be
           selected for the project. Th  is process is outlined as follows:

           1.  Barr & Barr, Inc. will work with the owner, architects and the engineering team to
             develop an initial list of pre-qualifi ed subcontractors to bid the project.

           Th e pre-qualifi cation will include:
                  • A review of the subcontractors’ and vendors capabilities to meet the project

                       goals.
                  • Similar project experience.
                  • Past project performance.
                  • Experience relative to Campus based construction work.
                  • Experience relative to the project location.
                  •  Bonding capacity & fi nancial statements, potential staffi  ng and current
                   workload.
