MEP/LEED Manager sprinkler systems
• Overall management of commissioning and close-out for mechanical
trades
• Overall management of mechanical coordination
• Overall management of mechanical staffi ng, deliveries, equipment
compliance
• Assist in fi nancial status reporting pertaining to mechanical trades
• Assist in the review of mechanical submittals ensuring compliance to
documents
• Management and review of mechanical cost events and pricing
• Management of Owner-training and equipment turnover
• Develop look-ahead for mechanical trades maintaining overall
construction schedule
Max Stanisce • Maintain complete knowledge of all documents and schedules
Assistant Superintendent • Provide documentation of fi eld variations from contract documents
