Th ese documents are reviewed and audited by the Barr & Barr executive team, our
C.F.O. and our SDI carrier. We also meet semi-annually with our SDI carrier to review
potential areas or subcontractors of concern. Th is process is a proactive way to assure that
the subcontractor can perform at a level that meets Barr & Barr expectations.

When selecting subcontractors for a particular project, Barr & Barr considers comprehensively
if the subcontractor is appropriate for the type and and size of the project.
