Complete demolition of an existing 6-story building and the demolition • New facility includes state-of-the-art
of all the interiors on a 14-story building; build a new 15-story steel auditorium which seats 240 people located in
structure erected where the old 6-story building was demolished and the basement; 1st fl oor houses shops, meeting
new steel tied into the existing 14-story building with a new 15th fl oor rooms, offi ces and garage; 2nd fl oor, kitchen,
and penthouse built on top. Exposed facade on the existing 14-story cafeteria, multi-purpose rooms; remaining fl oors
building was removed and new brick work installed. When completed are for classrooms, offi ces, conferences, library,
a new building an entire city block long was created special needs, training kitchens, clinics, labs,
computer facility, administration and board
room.
