I will graciously serve others;
I will always respect patient’s decisions, even if they go against my better judgement;
I will always act in the best interest of my patients, even if I may encounter financial loss as a result;
I will always respect my patients and provide them with the highest level of care, even if their viewpoints on matters such as politics, sexuality, gender identity, religion, and alternative medicine don’t line up with my own viewpoints;
I will always continue the pursuit of learning, as I feel it is impossible to ever truly become an “expert” in any field;
I will always look out for the needs of nurses, MA’s, and other medical professionals who don’t routinely receive their just do;
I will give back to the teachers, coaches, and mentors who helped me to reach my goals;
I will do my best to prevent burnout, so I can continue to provide quality care over a long career;
I will always stand up for the reproductive rights of females and their decisions regarding their own bodies;
I promise to uphold the tenets mentioned above, even in the worst of circumstances.
