May I always account for every aspect of my patient’s health, including their physical, mental, socio- economical, and cultural positions in order to provide each patient with the utmost quality of care they deserve;
May I have the insight to recognize my limitations and the humility to seek assistance from my colleagues;
May I be able to instill trust and respect in my patients so they desire to confide in me, and may I respect and value their privacy;
May my intentions always be pure and rid of bias;
May I willingly serve society and aspire to improve the health of the community;
May I always be kind toward my patients and may they be able to feel my concern for their wellbeing; May enhancing my medical education be a lifelong endeavor, and may I contribute to the advancement of medicine;
May I be an advocate for my patients;
May I be able to effectively educate my patients so they may have the ability to be proactive in their health care;
May I always take care of my health and wellbeing so that I may be an example to my patients;
May I always be thankful for the opportunity to care for humankind, and may I wholeheartedly experience the joys, the sorrow and the pleasure of helping others;
May I endlessly strive to be the physician and the person reflected in this oath;
