Joseph Rinaldi
I promise, to the best of my ability, to uphold the prestige and humanistic nature of the profession.
I will respect and learn from the teachings of my predecessors, contribute to the innovation and growth of the field, and elatedly pass that knowledge to future physicians.
I will adhere to the ethical standards of a physician including, but not limited to, patient autonomy, primacy of welfare, and social justice.
I will never forget that medicine is a science as well as an art, and I will strive to find a balance to my utmost ability.
I will always be there for a colleague who needs me.
I will create a welcoming and cohesive work environment, whilst fostering effective communication amongst my colleagues.
I will treat my patients to the best of my ability, and will seek help in times of uncertainty.
I will serve as an advocate for the underserved, and provide health care to vulnerable populations both in my community and affair.
My patients will always be my number one priority, and although it is my duty to cure disease, I will never forget that the best cure is to prevent disease.
