           FPlace it in a hot air oven at105 C-110 C for 3 hours.

           FRemove the Petri dish from the oven and cover it,
              cool in desiccators for 15 minutes after attained
              room  temperature  and  weigh.  This  is  the  final
              weight after drying. (Picture-10)
