Confidentiality Agreement

All professionals trained on the Humanex Ventures StyleProfile agree to comply with the
following conditions.

™
1. The purpose for training on the Humanex Ventures StyleProfile is to help me acquire a
greater in-depth understanding of people which, in turn, can be used for the screening of
prospective employees. I understand that this data is to be used as one of many sources of
information and will not be used as the sole basis for making a hiring decision.

2. I will never knowingly use information acquired through the StyleProfile in a manner which is

destructive to the individual being considered for employment.

3. The StyleProfile is valuable when used only by trained professionals. Therefore, I am
™
committing myself to high competency in studying and interpreting the data collected.

™
4. The StyleProfile results may not be reproduced and/or disseminated in any form to people
not trained in the process.

5. The reproduction and/or dissemination of the StyleProfile questions in any form will diminish
the effectiveness of the instrument as a screening tool. I, therefore, will not reproduce or verbally
™
disseminate the questions of the StyleProfile .

™
6. From time to time, this StyleProfile could come into the possession of irresponsible users. In
order to ensure my continued professional use and to ensure the continued use by other
responsible professionals, I will report misuses to Humanex Ventures immediately.

7. The assessment in which I am trained is a result of many years of research and study by
Humanex Ventures professionals. Therefore, I will honor the intellectual and ownership rights

this organization has of the StyleProfile and all related materials.
