The Principal StyleProfile Builder is a visual composite of the results from a multiple-choice
assessment containing scenarios based upon the Humanex Ventures themes of an excellent
Principal. The responses have been scored, converted to percentages and graphed to give a
visual understanding of applicants’ attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. These results are intended
to be one component of the information used to assist administrators during the selection
process.

Please treat this document as you would all other CONFIDENTIAL applicant data by keeping
your computer screen and desk clear of this data when not in use. Please do not share

StyleProfile data with personnel who have not been trained by Humanex Ventures, e.g.,
committees and other non-trained staff.

Disclaimer: This document and the information it contains is to be used only by administrators
trained by Humanex Ventures in interpreting the results from the Principal StyleProfile Builder.

considered during the applicant screening process. Specifically, trained administrators will need
to interpret this information in a way that matches applicants with a given position to be filled.
