The building is completely smoke free, this
includes all areas around the front and side of
the building perimeter.
Evacuation Procedure
In the event of the fire alarm sounding,
immediately leave via the stairwell in the
kitchen and make your way to the assembly
point on Sale street (In front of our neighbouring
building - 42 Sale Street).
Do not use lifts, do not run, do not take food or
drink, any bags or belongings. The Fire Warden
(George) will check the building before they
