TRICOLOR



            ROASTED POTATOES


























































            INGREDIENTS                                         INSTRUCTIONS






            2 (20-Ounce) - Packs of Tricolor Potatoes           Preheat oven to 450°.
            2 Tablespoons - Ambrosia® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
            1 Tablespoon - Minced Garlic                        Place potatoes on a jelly-roll pan; drizzle with olive oil, and
            ½ Teaspoon - Ambrosia® Sea Salt, Fine               sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well to combine.
            ½ Teaspoon - Freshly Ground Black Pepper            Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until potatoes are browned
            1 Tablespoon - Ambrosia® Black Truffle Sunflower Oil  and tender. Remove from the oven. Drizzle potatoes with
            2 Teaspoons - Fresh Thyme Leaves                    truffle oil, and sprinkle with thyme. Toss gently to combine.
