            FRITTERS

























            INGREDIENTS                           INSTRUCTIONS






            FRITTERS                                      Preheat oil to 350° F.
            As Needed - Vegetable Oil for Frying          In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients using a whisk to mix
            1 Cup - All Purpose Flour                     thoroughly.
            3 Tablespoons - Caster Sugar
            2 Teaspoons - Baking Powder                   In a separate medium bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and vanilla.
            ¼ Teaspoon - Ground Cinnamon                  Whisk pumpkin into this until combined and smooth.
            1 / 8 Teaspoon - Ground Nutmeg
            1 / 8 Teaspoon - Ground Clove                 Add dry mixture to wet and whisk together until just combined. Allow
