• The QC laboratories are Water and Oil Lab / Chrom Lab / Polyethylene (PE) Lab /
Polypropylene (PP) Lab.
• The QA Laboratories are Quality Assurance (QA) Lab & PTDC
The laboratories are fully equipped to meet all the analytical needs of plants. Quality
Monitoring of raw material and finished product is ensured through internationally
accepted standard testing procedures (ASTM, ISO, APHA or Licensor).
The major activities of QC Labs are analysis of process intermediate streams and semi-
finished products, providing analytical support to various plants, Certification/ Calibration/
grading of products where applicable and Standardization/ Calibration of equipment.
The major activities of QA Labs are analysis & approval of all incoming raw materials
from stores and tank farm, certification of finished products (PE & PP) from bagging and
warehouses as per specifications and analysis and certification of polymer product
packaging materials.
Major activities of PTDC:
