FalconCourtserved66personsthisyear.Amongthosewhostayed,theaveragelengthofstaywas766days, whichisa91.9% housingretention.Oftheseclients,13exitedtheprogram.Amongthosewholeft,4obtained lowerlevelindependenthousingthroughhousingsubsidy.
SERVICESOFFERED: ADJUSTING TO COVID-19:
Covid-19alteredthewaytheprogram operatesinvariousways.Inpersoncasemanagementmetingstransitionedto videoandphoneconferencing,homevisitsbecameporchvisits,andresidentsafetybecameaheightenedpriority. e program workeddiligentlytoimplementedappropriateprecautionsintermsofmaskwearing,ensuringacesto testingwhennecesary,andoveralatentiontotheresidents’mentalhealthnedsduringthattime. eresidents haveweatheredthestorm welandmanagedtomaintainhousing,withsomeevenmaintainingtheiremployment.
