Mistake No. 6: Oil Your Machinery Well
Exercise caution if you observe that you need to lubricate your tract or the
partner needs to do so. The commercially available lubricants or lubes as
they are called negatively affect sperm motility, making it harder for the
sperm to reach the egg. If you must use a lube, try Pre-Seed, a
spermfriendly lubricant. Or if you prefer a more natural lube, olive oil,
vegetable oil, baby oil, and even egg whites are safe and effective as
mentioned earlier.
