     Hamstring Stretch (Supra Padangusthasana) - 2 mins
               Lie on the floor with legs extended out. Inhale and while exhaling,
               bend the left knee and draw the left knee into the torso. Press the
               right thigh to the floor. Loop a strap around the arch of the left foot
               and hold the strap in both hands. Straighten the knee and press the
               left heel towards the ceiling. Broaden the shoulder blades across your
               back. Stay in the posture for 1 min and then release. Repeat on the
               other side.
