                         1.  Comply  to  CSC  mandate  of  posting  or  hanging  of  banner  of  information  campaign
                             regarding no noon-break policy, anti red tape,  search for best employee and others.


                         2.  Conduct  of flag  ceremony every  Mondays  &  singing of national  anthem,  IFSU  hymn
                             & the Ifugao hymn.


                         3.  Announcements just after the flag ceremony regarding:
                             a)  University updates
                             b)  Issues & concerns of employees & students that needs to be addressed.
                             c)  University activities
                             d)  Student activities


                         4.  Information dissemination thru passing of reference slip and routine slip.
                             a)  School activity
                             b)  Seminar-workshops
                             c)  General meeting or emergency meeting
                             d)  Official  business


                         5.  Dissemination  for  recruitment,  posted  in  the  conspicuous  places  and  coordinate
                             with the radio station  (DWAL).


                         6.  PRAISE  -   recognition  of  Outstanding  Exemplary  Behavior  Award  and  other  awards
                             done every Charter Day or University hood Celebration.

                         7.  Giving of cash  incentive & token to loyalty awardee/s every charter day or university
                             hood  celebration.


                         8.  Giving recognition  and  precious gift to retiree/s and  invites other retired  employees
                             for a luncheon during the campus Christmas program.

                         9.  Existence of faculty & staff mutual aid.


                         10. Tardiness  and  undertimes  incurred  by  employees  are  properly  computed  and
                             recorded in the leave ledger cards.



                         11.  Updated leave ledger cards and CTO/COCs.


                         12.  In  support  to  the  Government's  National  Greening  Program  (NGP)  every employee
                             must plant a birthday tree inside the university premises.


                         13.  Monitored attendance by logging in  & out in the biometric.


                         14.  Documents are well kept and secured.


                         15.  Observed cutting cost.
