16. Continue  to  encourage  the  spirit  of  a  team  to  capacitate  every  personnel  to
                            contribute  and  develop  their  full  potential  in  all  activities  of the  offices  especially
                            during accreditation and CHED visit.


                         17.  Maintained harmonious relationship among employees.


                         18.  Faculty  and  Staff  Development  Program  -   assisting  for  continuous  professional

                            education,  training,  seminars  for  professional  and  personal  growth  of  faculty
                            members and non-teaching personnel  offering financial support and other means of
                            support.


                         19. Submission of reports and communication to different support offices/units.


                         20. Support the IFSU Faculty and  Non-teaching Merit System for Faculty Members.


                         21.  Facilitate  retirement  by  updating  leave  ledger  cards  of  retirees  both  teaching  and
                            non-teaching.



                         22.  Facilitate  the  orientation  and  re-orientation  programs  for  newly  hired  faculty  and
                            staff of the university.


                         23.  Motivating  employee  morale  by  giving  him/her  recognition  for  the  job  well  done
                            during school activity or flag ceremony.


                         24.  Maintained the campus working committees to facilitate tasks assigned.


                         25. Strict adherence and compliance to office orders and  memos.



                         26.  Announcements,  memos, reminders and others were posted in the bulletin board.
