This Code of Conduct consolidates applicable statutory and operational rules and regulations. The

obligation to comply with the principles listed in this Code of Conduct is based either directly on laws,

operational rules and regulations, or corporate policies and guidelines, or as an ancillary obligation

arising from employment contracts, intentional violations of the guidelines will lead to consequences with

the applicable provisions.
