should work with peony. However, for another reason, the muon is needed, namely,
because the muon can sometimes enter the role of an electron and form a so-called muon
atom. In conclusion, we would like to say: the proposed material was repeatedly
discussed and tested in the educational process at the Department of Radio Engineering,
Electronics and Telecommunications at the of Physically-technical Faculty of the L.N.
Gumilyov Eurasian National University, as well as our initiative group led by Professor
D.A. AUBAKIR develops and implements a number of innovative projects related to
this topic. Therefore, some of the questions from the seminar participants are answered
in our publications [58]-[60]. Those questions that are not yet answered will continue to
receive.
3.9 Sometimes it is useful to listen to the opinions of not indifferent colleagues
Speakers at the seminars unanimously acknowledge that radical changes are taking
place in various fields of the natural sciences, even from wherever you dare, scientific
revolutions. Especially advanced sections of physics become the scene of many
confrontations, one of the most vivid manifestations of this fact are endless disputes
about the physical essence of seemingly ordinary notions, such as “nature of the atom”,
“nature of light” and in general “essence of the White Light”, “nature of ball lightning”,
Not to mention electricity, magnetism, etc., etc. Therefore, they decided to support us
too: namely, the preparation and publication of the manual “A number of scientific
categories of physics in the service of the practice of radio engineering, electronics and
telecommunications systems. (The unrecognized power of cavitation is a fundamental
phenomenon)”. The general opinion of colleagues is: “In addition to research
reinforcement, it is necessary to strengthen the issues discussed by technologization
from the standpoint of modern innovation, and also to offer more practical mathematical
tools and physical tools that contribute to the rapid spread and introduction of the theory
of cavitation, i.e. integrate the results of current research into modern communications
and telecommunications technologies. We believe that the potential of this new theory
is quite presentable!”.
3.10 Practical innovations of conservative theory of cavitation
Cavitation is present in the key concepts, which is concentrated on the hopes,
awakening and reliability in the ultimate solution of the many difficulties and difficulties
faced by [61]-[62]:
- The problem of CNF - the cold nuclear fusion, which inevitably relinquishes and
