Abstract. In a number of papers, articles by foreign authors, there is a suspicion
that the mechanism of cellular metabolism at the preliminary stage after the meeting of
male and female eggs before embryo formation is related to the concept of cavitation,
namely the formation of miniature bubble structures on both sides of cell membranes
[64]-[66]. The paragraph is intended to clarify how in reality to scientifically legitimize
this assumption of our foreign colleagues who are not experts in the theory of cavitation,
but who are excellent experts in their highly specialized field of life sciences - in
embryology, biota morphogenesis, biotechnologies and in biology in general.

Introduction. “Divine miracle”, “spark of life” - epithets used by people, bearing
in mind the miraculous conception - anticipating the emergence of a new life of the
human race. This is despite the fact that biology, genetics, biochemistry, biotechnology
have advanced in their development, not to mention embryology. Here it is enough to
give an example of brilliant successes in the field of IVF - in vitro fertilization, namely
the “in vitro” technology in modern medical practice. Regarding the “divine miracle”,
we are not going to say anything disproving, but regarding the “vital spark” we are going
to say something not exactly disproving; - cavitation theory.
4.1 Meet the sperm and the female egg accompany cavitational sparks
«Scientists and biochemists from Northwestern University in the United States
conducted an experiment to monitor the connection of the sperm and egg mammal. As
it turned out, this process is accompanied by a powerful ejection of “spark flashes” -
zinc atoms, which emanate in waves, one after another. Biochemists experimentally
captured these “flashes” of zinc emanating from the egg at the time of fertilization
                  (Figure Northwestern University» [64]: see in figures 1, 2!).
«The use of advanced technologies specially developed for this study allowed us
to capture atomic-molecular fireworks in detail. Scientists sought to determine exactly
where the zinc atoms originate. It turned out that particles are ejected directly from under
the surface of the egg. The egg cell contains about 8 thousand “pockets”, each of which
                  contains about a million zinc atoms» [64].
