After making the different soaps with different
proportions of coffee ground and essential oils, we
tested every type of soap to wash our hands and decided
on a final recipe.
These were the finished samples (see Figure 6a), and we
sent them to the Bettr Group to try them out (see Figure
6b). The recipe we used for these samples generated the
scent of the essential oil that we used. We understand
that the company is planning to give out these samples
to their partners as Christmas gifts. Initially, we wanted
to use recycled materials for the wrappers. Still, knowing
that the company will give the soaps as a Christmas
gift to their partners, we thought wrapping them using
new reusable paper bags would be more presentable.
Thus, we designed the packaging in such a way that it is
presentable and easy to carry. Figure 6a: Samples produced for the company.
We also came out with survey questions (see Figure 8)
to gather feedback on our products. We implemented a
QR code for ease of access to the survey questions (see
Figure 7) for the users to scan. We have also described
these samples to create awareness of the products.
