We went to Bettr Barista to meet up with Miss Alaine Johnson, the company’s Marketing and Brand Communications
Executive. The meeting was for us to improve our soap recipe regarding the shape and the proportion of the essential
oil used. We experimented and fine-tuned our recipes together with Ms Alaine (see Figure 10a-c).
