New Employee Set-up in SuccessFactors


     In this step the HR Manager enters the new employee information into SuccessFactors. As shown below
     (from right to left), the process flow includes creating a cost center code and setting up the employee as
     a business partner/vendor in S/4HANA so that subsequent expense activity can be processed. This
     creates two different roles within the system for the new employee: first as a business user in
     SuccessFactors and secondly as a business partner in S/4HANA, which provides linkage with Concur.
