FOREWARD

This booklet has been prepared by John Hughes to help the young
who leave school at 16 but not intending to go to University

(Our thanks extend to the Rotary Club of North Worcestershire who produced a
similar brochure in 1994 from which some of the content has been taken)

It aims to identify the various stages of the interview process and
to provide brief pointers to help applicants be successful

The advice will not guarantee success but it will provide a solid
foundation upon which you can develop your interview skills
and techniques
