Oh WHY, have XBOX worded their 'Your Shape Fitness'
advert. 'What INGREDIENTS, would make your perfect
RECIPE for a workout?’!? INGREDIENTS?! RECIPE?!
That hasn't made me think of fitness at all but is
constantly making me think of chocolate, cookie dough,
peanut butter, hot fudge....

I recommend this book for those of you who are actually
interested in the science behind the 2012
'phenomenon' (if that’s the right term) and the fractal
nature of time - Although, I'm glad I'd already read this
book BEFORE I actually SAW the author Gregg Braden,
because his 'Simon Cowell' Trousers and blow dried
mullet combo does nothing to enhance his credibility!
