wheat, dairy, Chinese food, alcohol, Chocolate, cheese,
fruit juice, any processed food, fizzy drinks & nuts. So
now I just have to decide whether dying of malnutrition
is going to be preferable to migraine.
I live in a top floor flat and my main pet hates are driving,
parking, carrying and TESCOs so they carry it all up the
stairs and right into my flat for me. The last delivery
driver asked “Is there anything else I can do for you?" I
couldn't think fast enough at the time but I'm now
compiling a list! X

25 December 2011 —
For Christmas this year I wished to wake up without a
migraine - and my wish has come true! I've just woken up
with a cough, runny nose, stomach ache, restless leg
syndrome and a throat so sore I feel like I've swallowed a
cheese grater. Be careful what you wish for kids! On that
note Merry Christmas every one. I'd rather have all these
symptoms than one of my migraines to be honest!

I often get a really jolting electric shock sensation and a big
crack like a pop of electric inside my head. I just started
looking up what it might be on the internet and came
across 'The Pineal Gland' which deals with moving
between dimensions, out of body experiences, seeing the
future etc. Apparently it sometimes makes this electrical
pop when it springs into action or you pass in or out of
certain states. I even came across something called
'Project Looking Glass' which is a massive machine that
has been built as a man-made pineal gland. So there I go
again looking into something apparently 'mundane' and
