ORDERING PRESCRIPTION NIGHTMARE: Answer
phone message saying - "We've stopped taking
prescription orders by answer phone.... you can order
them by speaking to someone on this number BUT we've
also stopped actually answering the phone at 11.30am (?!)
Online prescription ordering doesn't work and we shut
up shop at 12 today so they can't be ordered in person or
writing either...." FABULOUS!
Yeh they're brilliant at making patients feel welcome! I'm
going to a meeting there next week with 1 of the doctors
who is trying to improve things.

Just looking into some disability & employment info
reminded me of a horrible / hilarious thing that I
experienced: I was in a new job and had to talk to an
'occupational health' interviewer - they wanted to find out
more about my Bi-Polar. This was in an open plan office
where everyone could hear. They said "Have you ever
attempted suicide or self-harmed?" I answered yes. They
said "Which?" I said both, they said "Oh I'm sorry to RE
-OPEN OLD WOUNDS" Really! Think it though
before you say it! God.... there's no need for cutting
remarks!

There is a patient’s meeting coming up (I'll post the date
when I've checked it) With Dr. D in the waiting room
about how to make the surgery and the systems better.
