lunch, visiting for Prosecco and bringing cakes on my
Birthday, the extremely generous and perfectly chosen
gifts; the pashmina - just my kind of thing, the haut
chocolatier, chocolates flown in from Belgium! No
wonder "Leonidas" are world renowned! They're the
best chocolates I've ever tasted (and that's saying
something ‘cos I've tasted a lot of chocolates!) and the
bouquet of French delicacies. So much thought and
effort and really appreciated.

2 November 2016 —
Only 5.30pm and it's already dark and freezing! So I'm on
my bed with my sketch book and my electric lap blanket!
Rock-n-Roll!

Someone recommended me to use Vicks Vaper-rub for
restless leg syndrome? I've brought some and I haven’t
needed it for restless legs yet (touch wood) but I have
found it eases headaches and if I put it in the bath it
eases my skin and my body aching in general and I've
even made a lip balm out of it that kills the pain of sore
skin lol So good multi-purpose product!

9 November 2016 —
Struggling this week! I haven’t even been outside yet. The
cold and the rain and the darkness make it even harder
for me and on top of my usual ailments I'm now top to
toe in a hideous rash. Meet me half way God! I might be
calling on my hard-core friends for extra support over the
winter. In the meantime, I think I might see if I can find
Jesus in the bottom of a prosecco bottle.
